WISPECO OFFICE AND SHOWROOM, ALRODE

This was a conversion of an old industrial office block.  The renovation comprised of creating a showroom for the garage doors and motors.  Joining two floors with a concrete floating staircase.  Boardroom, two meeting rooms and 1200m2 of office and showroom space.  Inside was called back later to extend the showroom to accommodate R&B showers and aluminum doors and windows.
